[schedule_module] Filters for Site and Cohort not working in other language than English.

Describe the bug
The filters for Site and Cohort are only working for the English language.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

1. Go to the schedule module.
2. Note a Site / Cohort that exist and properly filters in English.
3. Try to filter in other language.

4. The filters for this to field don't work.

What did you expect to happen?
The filters to properly work as they do work in English language.
