[login] Missing translations for reset password template

When resetting password, the email received is in English only (except the subject).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):
Please make sure to setup your environment to receive the email.

1. Go to 'login'
2. Change the language
3. Click on 'reset password'
4. Enter your username
5. See email is always in English
