[instrument_builder] Dropdown options not displaying in correct order

Adding dropdown options in order "5, 10, 15, 20". When adding row it displays "10, 15, 20, 5"

As a note to whoever fixes this: this is a result of the values being treated as strings instead of as ints during sorting.

I'm not sure how to fix it but that's the source of the problem.
