Brief summary of changes
This PR turns the acknowledgements module into multilingual. However, the only language in which it is translated yet is french.
Note: I am not sure how to translate the following instruction 'Customize this text with your citation policy (via Configuration module)' in french since it is in only stored in the database. I would appreciate instructions on how to do so so this instruction can appear in the selected language for the user.
