…eps (#332) Renovate's regex manager bumped CONTROLLER_GEN_VERSION as a standalone PR (#328), but it only text-replaces the Makefile pin - it never runs `make generate manifests`, so the generated CRDs' stale `controller-gen.kubebuilder.io/version` annotation fails the "Check integrity" CI job (as manifests were last regenerated separately in PR #313). update-go-deps.yml already runs `make generate manifests` after updating deps, so folding the controller-gen bump into `make update-go-deps` keeps the version bump and the regenerated manifests in the same automated commit. Drop the '# renovate:' annotation from CONTROLLER_GEN_VERSION so Renovate's regex manager stops tracking it separately (ENVTEST_K8S_VERSION keeps its annotation - it needs no generated-file regen).
