MWPW-191014: Fix RTL alignment of play/pause button in Firefly carousel.

• Specifically fixes the RTL layout issue affecting the play/pause button within the Firefly carousel, ensuring correct positioning and behavior only for the firefly-carousel block, without impacting other blocks such as upload-marquee, editorial-card, or aside.
