fix: BackendGate must call startBackend() IPC to launch backend

ROOT CAUSE: Packaged app never started the backend binary!
BackendGate.tsx only polled checkHealth() but never called
startBackend() IPC — so the backend binary was bundled but
never actually spawned.

Fixes:
1. BackendGate calls window.imageTraceDesktop.startBackend()
   first, which triggers startBackendInternal() in main.js
2. API_BASE_URL is now dynamic via setApiBaseUrl() so the
   frontend uses the correct port when backend starts on a
   random port in packaged mode
3. In browser dev mode (no Electron), falls back to polling
   localhost:8000 as before

feat: remove --onefile, use directory mode for faster builds

PyInstaller: --onefile → --onedir (default)
Nuitka: --onefile removed, --standalone only

Benefits:
- Faster build time (no compression/packing overhead)
- Faster app startup (no temp extraction on Windows)
- All dependencies still bundled in backend_bin/<flavor>/ directory

Also includes:
- Real-time startup log viewer in BackendGate
- Simplified CI: no binary rename step, cleaner Release upload
- main.js: resolveBackendBinary() searches subdirectories with
  legacy flat-file fallback

fix(ci): Release upload 0-byte file crash

Root cause: vc_redist.x64.exe (0-byte dummy on Linux/macOS) and
elevate.exe (NSIS internal) matched by **/*.exe glob, causing
GitHub API 'size must be >= 1' error.

Fixes:
- Remove vc_redist from extraResources (not needed in app bundle,
  modern Windows 10+ includes VC++ Redist)
- Remove dummy vc_redist touch step for Linux/macOS
- Narrow .exe glob: **/*.exe → Image Trace-*.exe (excludes elevate.exe)
- Narrow backend glob: backend_bin_*/* → image-trace-backend-*
- Simplified installer.nsh

v0.1.10 proved all 6 builds work (3 platforms × 2 flavors).
This release should complete the Release step successfully.
