[BUG] GitHub repos not visible in Claude Code cloud repo picker despite GitHub App installed and connector connected

What's Wrong?

My GitHub repositories do not appear in the Claude Code cloud repository picker (Claude Desktop app Code tab, and claude.ai), even though everything on the GitHub side is set up correctly.

What works:

• Claude GitHub App and "Claude Github MCP Connector" app are both installed at github.com/settings/installations with repository access granted
• Both apps are authorized under Authorized GitHub Apps
• GitHub Integration in Claude Settings > Connectors shows "Connected"
• The GitHub MCP connector itself works: Claude in Cowork can list and access all 5 of my repositories without issues

What doesn't work:

• Claude Code cloud session repo picker shows no repositories (it used to show my GitHub projects before, the list is now empty)

Steps already tried (no effect):

1. Disconnected and reconnected GitHub Integration in Claude settings (multiple times)
2. Revoked authorization of both Claude apps at github.com/settings/applications and re-authorized
3. Manually installed the app via github.com/apps/claude-github-mcp-connector/installations/new
4. During one manual install, the redirect to claude.ai failed with: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"state: Field required"},"request_id":"req_011Cd8CeLWn3H2LVPagQZNRf"}
5. Fully restarted the desktop app, tested in fresh sessions and via claude.ai in browser

Setup:

• GitHub username: martin9023
• Repository access: all repositories
• Platform: Claude Desktop (Windows) + claude.ai web

This looks like the same backend repository index issue as #75233, #57161, #58322, #60493. Could someone from the team please trigger a backend repository index reset for my account?

What Should Happen?

All repositories the Claude GitHub App has access to should appear in the Claude Code cloud repository picker, as they did before.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Claude GitHub App / Claude Github MCP Connector app with access to all repositories (verified at github.com/settings/installations)
2. Connect GitHub Integration in Claude Settings > Connectors (shows "Connected")
3. Open Claude Desktop app > Code tab (or claude.ai/code) and start a cloud session
4. Open the repository picker
5. Result: no repositories are listed (previously the picker showed all my GitHub projects)

Also tried: disconnect/reconnect connector multiple times, revoke + re-authorize both GitHub apps, manual app install via github.com/apps/claude-github-mcp-connector/installations/new, full app restart, fresh sessions, claude.ai in browser. GitHub side is verified working - the same account's repos are accessible through the GitHub MCP connector in Cowork.
