His full name is Franklin Cormac Kullman.
A member of Walter Winston's group of detectives.
He was an expert in the occult and cult activities.
FC was confined to a wheelchair.
He died during the summoning incident on August 1924. His body appeared to have been dragged from a Buick, his wheelchair remaining in the car.
