Playlists and Queue
Regular playlists may contain local tracks and stable Orynivo Server track references. M3U8 import and export preserve missing paths and reject credential-bearing URLs.
Smart playlists support criteria including:
- favourites
- title, artist, and album text
- genre, format, bitrate, and source
- metadata ranges
- play history
- ordering and result limits
Locally stored smart playlists resolve against the combined local and Orynivo Server library. Remote favourites are supplied by the client when resolving server-side smart playlists.
The editable Up Next view is backed by the active playback queue. Entries can be reordered or removed independently, saved as a playlist, cleared without stopping the current track, and restored after a wholesale queue replacement.
Tracks, albums, and folders can be dragged onto the Up Next sidebar item. Credential-bearing remote URLs are converted to stable references whenever data is persisted.
