The Telegram notifier makes use of a Telegram bot that can send messages to an array of groups or users. To use the API, message the @botfather and follow the instructions provided. You will be given a token to be used in the api field.

Next you need at least one chat/channel ID. The easiest way to get these is to use the Telegram web client. The URL will be formatted something like this: https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=g000000000 replacing the 0's with your chat ID. Replace the 'g' with a '-' and that is what you will put in your config.

response_timeout is the number of seconds to wait for a return code from Telegram.

At the end you should have something like this:
