Overview

Release candidate for Caliptra 2.1 RTL. All features are frozen, verification plans are executed and signed-off, documentation has been updated, and CDC, Lint, RDC, Synthesis runs are clean.

Final release is pending the completion of a security audit. Nightly regression testing will continue.
