Replay a run without starting camera services:

rig replay <run> --skip-service camera-service --auto-end

• --skip-service SERVICE omits every instance of the named service and its identified bag topics. Repeat the flag to skip more services.
• Recorded graph epochs identify remapped topics; without them, filtering uses instance namespaces and prints a warning. Shared topics remain available to other sensors.
• The new run records skipped services and instances in replay.skipped.
• rig run replay is an alias for rig replay, with help and completion support.

Validation: all 753 tests across 52 suites passed locally.

Fixes missing Docker logs when a replay finishes with --auto-end. Logs from bag_player, its call-injector sidecar, and disabled replay sources are saved under the replay run's .rig/logs/ directory before teardown.

Includes a regression test that verifies the log files exist before containers are removed.
