…ow for an empty version (#27638) If a user types `release.version:` in the autocomplete we show all release tags, regardless of whether they're semver releases or not. This fixes the endpoint to correctly filter down to semver only. Also changes code to hide the package portion of the release when using an empty version filter.
Labels were displaying full numbers even at high counts, which was causing issues with small buckets.
