Is there a separate process within Hand off to the Anaconda packaging team for getting a new miniconda release out? I tried scouring the docs for any info on miniconda's release cadence, maintenance schedule, etc. but all I could find was the repo index which tells me the last release was back in July https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/ for 23.5

Is there a separate process within Hand off to the Anaconda packaging team for getting a new miniconda release out?

There isn't one needed, I'm in direct touch with the installer maintainers (miniconda and Anaconda Distribution) to get the ball rolling on updating them.

Yes, the new miniconda release is usually a little behind the bi-month release cycle of conda, there will absolutely be a miniconda release with conda 23.9.x. I'll ask the people involved to reply here regarding a release window.
