Changes

• Preserve the original cr_user_id while storing study_user_id separately.
• Make study enrollment write-once so later app links do not reopen the modal or overwrite the saved phone-number ID.
• Fix Play Store deferred deeplink parsing so language, source, and campaign ID are extracted independently.
