Decided to extend OBO Cell Ontology, integrated missing terms.
Devised a strategy how to anchor gene expression data within Cell ontology
Did extensive mapping of Cell Ontology terms to Mouse Cell Atlas cell population strings, protein markers to Uniprot.
Set up a BlazeGraph SPARQL endpoint, imported Cell Ontology, gene, cell, protein mappings and gene expression values for selected cell types.
Established mapping to Bio2Vec, for enabling similarity search.
