- Expose a compact, feature-gated Submit an event action in the homepage Events section and the full Events page. - Add an Events-style Home link to the submission form that returns to the homepage Events section and warns before discarding entered details. - Keep the disabled state fail-closed, make the enabled submission form indexable, and document the public launch behavior. - Fold in Dependabot PRs #42 and #43 by updating pinned deployment actions, Astro, Workers types, Wrangler, and the lockfile.
