Standing up and operating a TelosMUD fleet in production. This section landing page routes to deployment, OAuth configuration, content-pack operations, and scaling — the full lifecycle of running the service reliably.

Intended contents

• Route map:
  • Deployment — greenfield deploy, images, dependencies, firewall
  • OAuth Setup — real terminal-native OAuth for a public server
  • Content Pack Operations — managing packs + build pipelines
  • Running at Scale — scaling components, metrics, logging, runbooks
• The service fleet overview: telos-gate, telos-world, telos-director, telos-account (+ telos-migrate, telos-seed, telos-pull, telos-botswarm)
• Dependencies: Postgres, Redis, NATS/JetStream
• Note that the real reference deployment (Oracle k3s + Terraform + Kustomize) lives in the separate telosMUD-infra repo; link out where appropriate
