Lychee apparently can avoid GitHub rate limits if it has access to the
GITHUB_TOKEN. It has problems with some fragments (see lycheeverse/lychee#2128), but this functionality is not enabled in CI and I couldn't make it work without #2356.Related PRs to external docs

Renamed accounts
Some people mentioned in one of the blog posts have renamed their accounts and old links return 404. I managed to find their current account names and some evidence that those are the correct accounts.
