Sync with Hyperclick from atom-ide-ui@0.1.8
Fixes a bug where Hyperclick stops working when dragging the cursor within the same line.
Fixes a memory leak where Hyperclick would retain references to the text editor DOM.
Added hyperlink-hyperclick to the list of known providers.
