DH: Firedrake meeting tutorials

• On Wednesday: PETSc tutorials in the morning, Firedrake tutorials in the afternoon, poster session in the evening
• Aiming for PETSc-adjacent tutorials, 2 90 min sessions approximately
• PB: composable solvers/preconditioners, patches etc
• JHC: fdvar - tutorialise fdvar demo

AC: Plotting methods for VertexOnlyMesh

• Bikeshedding but otherwise ready for merge
