Headshots

Every player has a floating sensor dome above the body. A laser bolt or a slingshot stone (or slung item) that hits the dome is a headshot: a flat 300 damage that ignores the difficulty handicap - one zaps an Expert or Intermediate outright, a Beginner takes exactly two. Punches, bananas, boomerangs, airplanes & darts don't care where they land. Your hitmarker rings higher on a dome hit.
