Rounds
A round ends after 5 minutes or when somebody reaches 20 zaps, whichever comes first (the clock sits top-center while at least two players are in). Then everyone freezes for 10 seconds on the scoreboard - zaps, zap-outs, assists (you damaged them within 10 s of someone else's zap), falls - with sarcastic superlatives, and a fresh round starts: scores zeroed, everybody respawned. Hosts set both limits in the Host Game dialog (0 = no limit); the dedicated server takes --round-minutes N and --zap-limit N.
King of the Hill (Host Game dialog "Game Mode", or --mode koth on the server): a glowing gold ring on top of the banana platform - 28 m up, reached by a rocket jump, a slide-jump chain or a head bounce - with a beam you can see from anywhere. Whoever stands in it alone earns a point every second; two or more inside is a contest and nobody scores. The clock shows who holds it. Same round limits (first to 20 points or 5 minutes), same scoreboard and superlatives - zaps still count for the Top Zapper title, but points come from the hill.
