Member Meeting April 3, 2018
Minutes of the Regular Member Meeting of Fair Use Building and Research Labs A New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation held on March 6, 2018 at the Organization’s space. The meeting was brought to order at 8:00 pm by Eric Rivas, Chairperson and President. Quorum was established.
The following board members were present:

- Jenny Shane, Secretary
- Neil Flynn, Treasurer
- Rick Anderson, Trustee
- Zoltan Sisko, Trustee
The following board members were absent: Jean Consorti (Trustee)
The following members were present: Bill George, Star Morin, Ben Jorittsma, Mike Coughlin, David Peins, Phil Gelhaus, Scarlett Menendez
The following guests were present: Scott, Brian, Hamza
Invoices were sent Sunday night. Talk to Neil if you haven't gotten an invoice. Dues are due 15 days after the invoice is sent.
Fubar does not provide filament. All filament at the space is either a donation or personal property. We have put out a can for donations; please donate if you have a large print. Donation rate is ~3cents/gram.
We need to contact Donnie if we want more Nylon filament.
3rd printer will be PLA only.
Keep personal items in bins.
Parking passes are required for large items that don't fit in bins. Talk to officers if you need one.
Officers are assembling an SOP Manual to ensure that everyone's ability to use the space is protected and everyone has the same rights. Contact officers if you have a suggested policy. The SOP manual will be reviewed in June and January and approved by the Board.
Don't put things on the calendar or post on meetup unless you talk to Beth.
Star is taking responsibility for it. Mike has cameras to install in it.

Once a month event-driven meetups. There is interest in a women's only open hack night, to be held on Monday nights when there aren't other classes. Contact Beth if you want to teach something for WCMC.
