Can not create node class from "Create New Node" dialog when search filter only keyword matches

Issue description

When a node class is only listed in the "Create New Node" dialog due to some keyword match it can not be selected or interacted.

The create button can not be clicked or the list entry double clicked. Nothing is visibly disabled.

Steps to reproduce

Add something into the "Create New Node" search filter that does not match one-o-one with the actual class name, e.g. "select" to see the OptionButton as a hint match. Notice how it can not be interacted while the gui does not go disabled.

#106071 only uncovered a pre-existing bug. The create dialog keywords are implemented in a very dumb way. The whole "Matches" text is returned as type, you can test with

EditorInterface.popup_create_dialog(func(t): print(t), "Node")

(needs the revert linked above)

Instead of trimming the suffix at source, the editor just filters it in various places

but not everywhere, so the bug had already existed, just wasn't uncovered before.
