Issue description
as soon as i open the Godot_v4.6.1-stable_mono_win64.exe file it opens the first windows (Projects) but it hangs and i can not do anything apart from force stopping the app.
Steps to reproduce
Just opening Godot_v4.6.1-stable_mono_win64.exe file
Update 1: the problem is only on the projects window, its fine about 10-15 second and then it freeze. i managed to create a project in that time before it froze and i can work with the created project just fine without any problem. but it is repeatable on the project window. each time i open it it freeze after 10-15 sec. i tried it with internet and without internet and i get same result. will try this on the versions you suggested and report back
