c++ axis gui that uses the interpreter to load cad data into opencascade.
Uses nml.

This is a base to code a lot off different gui's in reactive c++.

At this stage the scurve jogging & homing works.

In the axis_mm.ini file, the max_jerk parameters are specified for joints & axis.

When running the program in auto mode, the planner get's the max_jerk value in the tp & tc structs.

From here on the scurve trajectory planner has to be coded.
A old example how to do this is in the ~/cmake/components/sc_tp/
