Eve 0.37 replaced client.session() with client.sessions.create()/attach()
and removed continuation tokens, preserveCompletedSessions and the SvelteKit
plugin's configureVercelJson option, leaving main red on svelte-check.

- first turn: sessions.create({message, ...}) (.response)
- follow-up: sessions.attach(sessionId, {streamIndex: 0}).send(message, ...)
- cancel: sessions.attach(sessionId, {streamIndex: 0}).cancel()
- continuationToken stays in the app contract (storage/event compat) but is
  now vestigial and always null; the transport EVE_INVALID_REQUEST token
  guard is removed (a follow-up needs only a sessionId)
- vite.config.ts drops the removed configureVercelJson option (the plugin no
  longer mutates vercel.json; the reviewed topology stays hand-committed)
- eve-surface.test.ts pins updated to the reviewed package set
  (eve 0.37.1, ai 7.0.65, @vercel/oidc 3.8.4) and new vite line
- providers README and agent comment refreshed off 0.26.2

Model first per Model→Review→Implement→Verify:
apps/landing/src/models/eve-session-lifecycle.model.md documents states,
transitions, side effects and invariants of the durable session lifecycle.

Verified: pnpm --filter @pulse/landing typecheck (0 errors) and
pnpm --filter @pulse/landing test (146/146).

* fix(deps): revert @playwright/test to 1.61.1 to restore the pinned MV3 runtime

The npm-minor-and-patch group (#294) bumped @playwright/test to ^1.62.1 in
extension and dashboard. The packaged MV3 harness refuses runtime drift by
design (mv3-packaged-harness.model.md: the pinned @playwright/test 1.61.1 /
Chromium 1228 / CFT 149.0.7827.55 / FFmpeg 1011 tuple, its frozen archive
digests and CDP version metadata must not drift before a reviewed upgrade),
so the late non-required Packaged MV3 gate has been failing on main since.

Reverting both manifests and the lockfile resolution restores the reviewed
runtime. A 1.62.1 upgrade must be deliberate: re-freeze the sealed-candidate
runtime-materials policy (new Chromium 1234 archive digests, CDP product/
jsVersion metadata, ffmpeg revision) and mirror the pin across
chromium-process.ts, its unit tests and both model docs.

Verified: lockfile resolves only playwright/playwright-core 1.61.1;
tests/unit/mv3 361 passed; extension typecheck clean; extension unit suite
4095 passed.

* test(extension): align packaged and dev E2E scenarios with the Missions nav rename

The Jul 31 side-panel redesign (88da0cf) renamed the feed tab's accessible
name from Feed to Missions and removed the dedicated shortcuts-help trigger
button (the dialog now opens via ? or the first-run toast), but only unit
tests were updated. The late, non-required Packaged MV3 gate and Browser E2E
checks have been failing on the stale selectors since the develop sync —
masked first by those failures being non-required, then entirely by the
playwright 1.62.1 runtime drift fixed in the parent commit.

- tests/e2e-extension/navigation.test.ts: navigation surface row expects the
  Missions button and the always-present sr-only h1 'Feed de missions'; the
  shortcuts scenario opens the dialog with ?, focuses a deterministic opener
  first and asserts modalFocus restores it after Escape
- tests/e2e/**: 24 selector sites renamed Feed -> Missions (navButton helper,
  getByRole name, qa-harness NAV_LABEL map)
- packaged-tab-scenarios.model.md: six-tab list, exact UI surfaces table and
  checkpoint A1 now pin Missions / 'Feed de missions'
- keyboard-shortcuts-help.model.md: OPEN events are ? and the first-run toast
  action (the visible trigger no longer exists)

Verified: extension typecheck clean, 4095 unit tests pass, release-gate
policy tests 128 passed.
