Public release roadmap: CI, QA evidence, and sponsorware slices

RDLeader is being released publicly in safe slices rather than as one raw DevPlan dump.

What is intentionally not public:

• raw local DevPlan logs
• private workspace paths
• live integration identifiers
• app IDs, open IDs, chat IDs, message IDs
• QR onboarding artifacts
• organization-specific command output

The main thing I want feedback on here: which public slice is most useful to see next?

1. fake-data screenshots of the manager UI
2. short walkthrough video
3. runtime task/result fixtures
4. employee-agent onboarding guide
5. deeper write-up on stale task recovery and runtime endurance

Sponsorship accelerates these public packaging slices, but the important constraint is the same either way: public artifacts must not leak private DevPlan evidence.

This is still marked as a pre-release: it is a public-safe reference point, not a production-readiness or final-license claim.

• Description now says it is a local-first AI R&D worker control plane with ACP runtime dispatch, approval gates, public CI, and sanitized QA/runtime evidence.
