Update: RDLeader now has a public baseline pre-release: https://github.com/happysnaker/RDLeader/releases/tag/v0.1.0-public-baseline. The README links it, and the follow-up CI run passed: https://github.com/happysnaker/RDLeader/actions/runs/28950701467. This is still marked as a pre-release: it is a public-safe reference point, not a production-readiness or final-license claim. |

RDLeader is being released publicly in safe slices rather than as one raw DevPlan dump.
Current public proof points:
What is intentionally not public:
Current public tracks:
The main thing I want feedback on here: which public slice is most useful to see next?
Sponsorship accelerates these public packaging slices, but the important constraint is the same either way: public artifacts must not leak private DevPlan evidence.
