What is a YoGraphic?

A YoGraphic is a 2D or 3D graphic which properties are linked to YoVariables, i.e. they change as the values of the YoVariables they're linked to change.

They can be used for instance to observe points or vectors moving in space:

How to create a YoGraphic:

SCS 2 comes an editor for creating new YoGraphics accessible from the menu:

This open the following dialog:

Let's create a new force vector for the right foot. Start by clicking Add...:

In the new dialog, select _YoArrowFX3D_:

Let's name the new graphic "Right foot force":

Click _Create_. A new editor becomes available on the right side while a new blue arrow appears in the 3D view:

Note the presence of a check mark for most fields. This helps identifying whether a field is properly filled or not, in which case the check mark becomes
