Many fixes to EDF output, including:

• proper MaskOff values
• improved compatibility with STR.edf value mappings
• when EDF are exported, Pressure data is only saved after pressure has stabilised after initiating a session (mirrors AS11 behaviour)

Added:

• double-click the "PLUS" (right) button to stop therapy (feature request #9)
• brightness slider in Settings to control LCD brightness
• option to turn off the LCD completely during therapy (no backlight)
