Troubleshooting
The dot is on the wrong road. If the car stands, press and hold where it really is and tap I'm here (When GPS fails). While driving, keep going: the next turn usually fixes it.
The car button stays red.
- The adapter is in the port under the dashboard.
- The ignition is on.
- Bluetooth is on in the phone's settings.
- Tap the car button, then Connect.
- "The adapter doesn't answer": it may be connected to another phone. Close the app there or turn off its Bluetooth, or unplug the adapter for a few seconds.
The first connection takes long. A new car can take a couple of minutes while the app finds how to talk to it. Later connections are quick.
iPhone: the adapter doesn't come back. Open iOS Settings › Bluetooth and tap the adapter.
Search finds nothing. Search covers the downloaded region only; without one, only cities.
"Routes reach only places inside the downloaded region." Download your destination's region, or all of Ukraine.
No voice. Check the voice button under the route's ×, the volume in Settings, and where the voice plays (press and hold the voice button).
