Project outline
Dungeon-Crawler where you replace your limbs with guns that you tore off of your enemies. Battle System like Dragon Quest where you can target different weapons, limbs and body parts of enemies and shoot them off.
Insert Sketches and Moodboards
Modern Times/Fantasy Lego-esque Toy-Box-esque RPG
Toys fighting each other over who has the coolest gun. Protag wants to be the King of Toys (them's a bit daft)
You traverse a "dungeon" and face fellow plastic adversaries. During battle, you or your opponent may attack each others limbs or additional weaponry and snap them off. (This is totally PG13, they're toys) The goal is to become the King of Toys, the one to rule them all, with the shiniest, coolest weapons and gear. Unfortunately for you, every time you manage to blow some equipment off of your enemy, a strange force compels you to immediately replace one of your own limbs with this new, shiny piece of gear, regardless of how useless it is. Can you gather the perfect loadout? And more importantly, can you keep it?
- Content Design: Lots of guns means lots of work.
- Balancing: Lots of guns also means more work for balancing.
