To add GenderBreadPersonPronouns to your org, log in to your org, then paste this url into your browser bar: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t36000000lUDR , answer the install questions and the package will be installed in your org.
After installation you will need to add the pronoun set field to the contact layout manually. Go to Setup/Customize/Contact/Field Layout and add it to the layout.
Each pronoun set record contains a field for each part of speech with the matching pronoun from the set in it. This should allow the correct pronoun to be used in document merges.
