How to... setup a new season

To setup a new season follow the steps below.

To perform this action you'll need the Manage Seasons permission

1. Login
2. Select the appropriate division
3. Click the drop down next to the season name
4. Click ➕ New Season
5. Enter the details for the new season
   1. Select a season to copy the teams and players from
6. Press Create Season to create the season

Proposing the games

1. Login
2. Add any teams to the season as required
   1. Ensure that each team that share a venue have their addresses set to be the same
3. Add notes to any dates where fixtures should NOT be created
   • The notes can be deleted after the fixtures have been created if they're not needed long-term

1. Click 🗓️ Create Fixtures
2. Select a template that matches the appropriate number of divisions
   • The system will highlight the compatibility of any template
3. Click Next

1. Optionally select any teams for the given mnemonics, otherwise leave the system to randomly assign them
2. Click Next
   1. The system will propose the fixtures for the season and show them for review
3. Click Next
   1. Review the proposed fixtures. The proposed fixtures are only visible on to you.
   2. If you restart the process the teams/fixtures may be assigned differently
4. Click Save all fixtures
5. Click Next to save all the fixtures
   1. ⚠ Ensure you remain connected to the internet as the fixtures are created

The fixtures will be visible on the website immediately.
