How to... setup a tournament fixture

To setup a tournament fixture follow the steps below

To perform this action you'll need the Manage Games permission

Tournament fixtures can only be added to dates without league fixtures defined.

1. Login
2. Select the appropriate division
3. Select the appropriate season
4. Select the Fixtures tab
5. Find the appropriate date, or click Add date to add a new date
6. Click ➕ next to the appropriate tournament venue
   • If the venue does not exist, use an existing one and change the address afterwards

Note: Tournament fixtures can only be added to dates where there are no existing league fixtures.

The tournament fixture will be editable immediately. Click on the fixture to edit the details and who's playing:

• Click on the heading to edit the tournament properties, venue, number of legs, etc. (red border)
• Click on "Add a side" to add sides to the tournament (amber border)
• Click on the team names (or mnemonics) to set or edit who is playing in each match (and their score) (green border)
• Click on 180s / Hi-checks to add as appropriate (purple border)

When adding sides chose either a team or a selection on players.

• Select one player per-side for a singles tournament
• Select two players per-side for a pairs tournament
• Select a team for a team tournament (e.g. knockout)
• You can edit/delete a side any time

The page can be printed for use on the night, or those permitted can enter the results as the games are played.
