Structural Scan Rat InVivo Bruker 7T

We have a T1w sequence for the Bruker 7T Paravision version 6 that is:

1. In-vivo
2. For Wistar rats (or similar)
3. Manganese enhanced (Isabel Miranda's recipe of 0.4 mmol or 76.2 mg/kg)
4. Able to be pre-processed using the in-house pipeline.
5. Able to be processed for DBM and MagetBrain

The sequence is as follows:

Matrix = 214 x 214
voxel =  120 um³
reps = 2

The name in Paravision at the moment is 3D_Flash_T1w_Garza_MEMRI
