Discord Rich Presence Does Not Work

If your Discord status doesn't show your Roblox game or server info, follow these steps.

Prerequisites

• Discord desktop app must be running (not just the browser version)
• Activity Tracking must be enabled in NexusStrap

Common Fixes

1. Restart Discord and Roblox

1. Close Discord completely (check system tray)
2. Close Roblox
3. Open Discord first
4. Then launch Roblox through NexusStrap

2. Enable Activity Tracking

1. Open NexusStrap Settings
2. Go to Integrations
3. Toggle Activity Tracking on
4. Toggle Discord Activity on

3. Check Discord Settings

In Discord:

1. Go to User Settings → Activity Privacy
2. Make sure Display current activity as a status message is enabled
3. Go to User Settings → Connections
4. Make sure Roblox is connected (if applicable)

4. Reinstall Discord Game Detection

1. Close Discord
2. Go to %AppData%\discord in File Explorer
3. Delete the cache folder
4. Restart Discord

5. Custom RPC Issues

If you've enabled Custom RPC:

1. Go to Integrations in NexusStrap Settings
2. Scroll to Discord RPC Customize
3. Make sure Custom RPC is enabled and your text fields aren't empty
4. Try disabling Custom RPC to use the default status

Still Not Working?

1. Open the Log Viewer in NexusStrap Settings
2. Check for any Discord-related errors
3. Report an issue with your log contents
