Todo

• fix big clippy not happy in tests: due to postgres failing as expected? CI clippy seems to be pissed at sqlx-cli installation requirement. i think either i have messed up config, or the programme is expected to fail at this point. Maybe perserver and come back to it if other tests passing.
• Pick up from 3.8.5.5, start at 3.9 on p70.
• [] Read up to chapter 4 before doing anything else.
