osm schema v3.16 support

Hi mate, I am now encountering style compatibility issues. It is normal to load maptiler-osm-2020-02-10-v3.11_asia.mbtiles. Through the asia_schema_v3.16.mbtiles file compiled by planetiler, there are problems with lags and distortion of the maximum building level when sliding the map.But it is normal when I use maplibre to load. pls, best wish. @mapsforge @devemux86 .

Use Mapsforge maps, they are tested and have the best support.

bro , but Mapsforge maps dont support osm theme.(openmaptiles.xml) @devemux86 @mapsforge

And if we want to load an image map in png format, we can't reuse the label layer of osm_xx.mbtiles.

Mapsforge maps and themes are better and contain much more data.

For example the OpenAndroMaps maps and Elevate theme.

MBTiles was contributed by the community, if you find any improvement in the code, we can check it.
