What's Changed

  • updated iRF shift function to use recursive search
  • updated GUI to work with both 3 and 4-channel data
  • updated code to cap iRF at gain of 10
  • updated UCD MC clinical system APD detector file to APD file after 4-channel upgrade
  • reset software version to 0.1.0
  • save the software version in channelData object file and Decon Lite file
  • fully compatible with data processed with older version of the software
