Overview
This release introduces a MATLAB-based workflow for automatically downloading and processing seismic data from the SAGE (formerly IRIS) seismic data services. The repository provides an object-oriented approach for building web service requests, retrieving waveform data, and bringing seismic traces directly into MATLAB for analysis.

Requirements
MATLAB R2019b or newer.
External MiniSEED (rdmseed) and/or SAC (rdsac) parsers available on the MATLAB path.
Internet connectivity to SAGE/IRIS web services.

The workflow is designed to simplify acquisition of seismic waveform data for research, teaching, and analysis applications within MATLAB.
Documentation includes troubleshooting guidance for data availability, decoding errors, and timestamp interpretation.
