This page is a collection of basic tasks the Community Team works on regularly.
The release team at Mesosphere generates a series of JIRA sub-tickets that are assigned to specific people. One goes to the community manager who is responsible for handling release tasks.
The Community Team is responsible for the following:
- Sending out an email to users@dcos.io about the release with highlights and links to release notes and community resources. See previous emails to the list about releases as a template to draft a similar one.
- Scheduling a series of tweets from the @dcos account to announce and share the release.
