Have also snuck in a bit of work cleaning up the collusion page (following on from some nits regarding accessibility of our sign-up form)
This pull request has been fully merged into dev (#404) so hopefully should be good to go into master, let me know if not :)
To re-confirm what is in bugzilla the intended release of this to live is (Tuesday) October 16th
