Art
- Sprites: 8/12 spritesheets, only characters yet
The art of Street Fighter 2 pretends to be close to the reality, for that, they use real locations in game stages and they are full of detail and background animations. In addition, characters have a lot of details too, thinks like muscles and face expresions are done to be as real as posible, taking into account the technology they had. Apart from that, it also has some fantasy, and example of this are some of the attacks, like "Hadouken", which is a blue fire ball. Another example is "Blanka", one character of the game, which is a mutant. All of this was created by a team of 20 artist led by Akira Yasuda, aka Akiman, who works for Capcom.
