Windows port of upstream CodexBar 0.46.0 → 0.47.0.

Added

  • Providers: Notion AI and xAI usage surfaces from upstream 0.47.0.
  • CLI: hooks watch mode for live hook event streaming.
  • Low Power Mode to reduce background refresh/work on battery or demand.
  • Cost pace: real-calendar monthly pacing (not rolling 30-day only).
  • Settings: per-notification custom sounds (#251).
  • Russian localization (#248).

Fixed

  • MiniMax coding-plan web-session auth/status refresh (#250, #246).
  • OpenCode Go rolling 5-hour usage falsely showed 100% "Exhausted" when the real value was 1% (#250, #247).
