- Unzip strikers-windows-x86_64.zip to a folder you can write to.
- Open 'strikers-settings.exe', press Disc Image... on the Game tab, choose your image and press Play.
Windows Defender may quarantine 'strikers.exe' as a false positive. Restore it under Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Protection history > Allow on device. You can check the file on VirusTotal first.
Saves go in '%APPDATA%\Super Mario Strikers'.
