Pull request overview
Updates the NVDA 2026.3 changelog “Deprecations” references so they point to the PRs where the deprecations were introduced, rather than the related issues.
Changes:

Refs in deprecations for 2026.3 point to issues, instead of the PR where the code of the deprecation was introduced.
This fixes them.
