Overclocking

Many ASICs provide the capability to set their frequency - along with other advanced settings - by passing in documented arguments on the command line.

You can make use of the Advanced Miner Settings dialog in MultiMiner to take advantage of this capability and over-clock (or under-clock) your Local Devices.

To specify custom arguments for Backend Miners:

  1. Click the Settings toolbar button
  2. Click Advanced miner settings
  3. Select your algorithm under Arguments
  4. Specify any command line arguments in the Arguments field

Consult the documentation that came with your ASIC to determine any manufacturer-specific arguments that can be passed on the command line.
